Eligibility for Refunds

Unused Services: The refund applies only if you have not completed more than one coaching session or
accessed more than 25% of the course content.
Original Purchaser: Refunds are available only to the original purchaser of the coaching package.
Exclusions: Customized services or personalized coaching sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
