At fey Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality coaching services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 15 days from the date of your initial purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Unused Services: The refund applies only if you have not completed more than one coaching session or
  • accessed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Original Purchaser: Refunds are available only to the original purchaser of the coaching package.
  • Exclusions: Customized services or personalized coaching sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable.

  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), especially if a portion of the services has already been used.

  • Services that have been fully rendered.
  • Digital products or materials that have been downloaded or accessed beyond the allowable limit.
